What is it?
Primary and secondary PSHE and Citizenship resources that can be purchased on DVD or as a download. Each resource contains highly engaging short films and structured lesson plans. Key stage 2 subject areas are; Emotional Wellbeing, Finance and Responsibility, Moving On and Celebrating Difference. Key stage 3 and 4 subject areas are Drug Education, Sexual Health, Careers and Citizenship.
What's the style?
Get Your Head Round It uses streetwise puppet characters in real world locations directed by puppeteer Steve Wright. We use the voices of real young people capturing their true feelings on the subjects covered. Each resource is supported with lesson plans written by PSHE and Citizenship education consultants, developed with partner schools and teachers.
Who are they?
Steve Wright (The Wright Stuff) honoured by Her Majesty the Queen for his pioneering role in youth education, has ten years experience of specialist production work for teenage audiences. Steve is supported by a national team of PSHE & Citizenship consultants with solid education background and specialist in each subject area. Several partner schools have also assisted in production & evaluation of the resources.

Primary and secondary schools key stage, 2, 3 and 4, YOIs, E2Es, YOTs, PRUs, PCTs, Rathbones and other youth services.

How much does it cost?

Why should I bother?
Young people love them! It will create a positive atmosphere for learning in difficult subject areas. Teachers will find the resource easy to use and highly engaging, making learning both interesting and fun for their pupils.
How will it develop?
The website is updated regularly with PSHE and Citizenship news. New films and lesson plan updates will also be added to the website.

Our new Citizenship key stage 3 and 4 material includes sections on climate change, British identity, voting and anti-social behaviour. Our new key stage 2 finance and responsibility resource includes sections on budgeting, saving spending, work, wages, credit and debt.
